Munn Contractors LLC is owned & opperated by Brandon Munn. We are located in the Moncks Corner area of Berkeley County, SC. We are a licensed and bonded company. We specialize in new home sites, but can help you with all you construction and land needs.

Our owner, Brandon is a South Carolina native, living in SC his entire life. He was born in Sumter, SC then lived in Columbia, SC for a short time before moving to Mt.Pleasant,SC in 1987. He started in construction at the age of 18, building residential homes on the Charleston Air Force base. During his time building homes all over the Charleston area, he learn all aspects of a home building. Later he moved into commercial construction, until present day. He worked up and down the eastern coast line in multiple states from Virginia to Florida. Currently, contracts jobs from Little River to Edisto Beach and all the Lowcountry.

Mr.Munn has an array of education. After finishing high school, he attended Trident Technical College to continue his education. Later, he attended classes at Texas A&M, NC State, Duke University, SC Fire Academy, Alabama Fire College and a number of educational seminars throughout the years.

He currently is an Outreach Instructor with NC State University. Mr.Munn can certify students with all their construction needs. He conducts OSHA 10hr and 30hr classes. He can instruct employees how to operate all jobsite aerial lifts, fork lifts, excavators and earth movers, also can teach confined space and trenching/excavation operations. He can certify employees in CPR and First Aid to provide the medical need on site.
